Clear Matte Finish
Always protect your hard work! Brick-Anew's Clear Matte Finish is a non-glossy polyurethane product designed to be applied after completing the Brick-Anew fireplace painting process. Your fireplace undergoes some serious wear-and-tear, and our clear matte finish adds an extra layer of protection against damage from fireplace tools, stacked logs, and other items placed on your hearth. Invisible to the eye, it prevents damage to your painted brick fireplace and makes it remarkably easy to clean. Comes in 1 quart size.
- Covers approximately 20 - 30 square feet
- Product no longer sold in can's - only bottles
Brick Anew's Clear Matte finish is thick and seals the surface of the hearth in much the same way that polyurethane works to seal wood. The active finish layer sits on the surface of the hearth creating a strong, heavy finish layer that will make vacuuming and future clean-up easier.
If you are looking to give your fireplace a new look, consider fireplace painting with an easy to use paint kit from Brick-Anew. For a fraction of of the cost of other improvements, in a weekend you can renovate your fireplace and increase the value of your home.
- Clear Matte Finish Review by TOMS CORNER.....Staff
- TOM'S CORNER........Hey.................thanks for visiting Tom's Corner.
Wear and tear comes to mind when we deal with Clear Matte Finish. If you are like my family we like to sit on the hearth in front of our fireplace when its not burning. Our little ones have placed their hands all over certain areas leaving prints. By applying Clear Matte Finish, it is easy to wipe the area down to restore its clean look and remove prints. It is polyurethane so allow 24 hours to dry, and keep your damper open during this period. If ya want to save the shipping cost, simply add this to your Paint Kit Order and we will combine the order.
If you should have any questions, call us at 800-897-7175 and we will be glad to assist you. Thanks...............................Tom
