Shipping Policies
- Free Shipping Offer applies to the continental United States only.
- All of our products are shipped UPS standard ground unless otherwise noted.
We cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day, and we can only approximate
delivery times. Most order ship within 1 to 2 business days (custom orders, and
certain other specified products excluded). UPS shipments do not count the day
of shipment as a day in transit. For instance, an order that is to be shipped 2
Day Air will actually take 2 days in transit PLUS the day of shipment. UPS does
not deliver on Saturday unless Next Day Air is specified WITH the Saturday
delivery option. Please note that refused deliveries may be charged a
re-delivery charge.
- Shipments to Alaska and Canada are calculated based on weight and
dimensions. The customer is responsible for all duties and tariffs on Canadian
shipments. Shipping to Canada may also incur a surcharge on top of normal
shipping charges.
- Please call our customer service line at 800.897.7175 if you would like to
request expedited shipping (3-day select, overnight, etc.).
Mantels and Fireplace Screens: All of our mantels except the rustic pine
beams and the #418 must be shipped by commercial freight-line to insure damages
will not occur during shipping. Fireplace Screens that are designated as
oversized must be shipped via truck-line also.
** By providing a commercial address, you can save up to $60.00 on
shipping costs.
Return Policy
- If you wish to return an item, please have your order number handy and we'll
be glad to help you out. All returns require a previously approved return
authorization. Please call our customer service line at 770-993-0199 for a
return authorization.
- You can return a product within 30 days from date of shipment. Items must be
returned in new resalable condition with all documentation. Product returned in
any condition other than “like new” will be assessed an additional restocking
charge or denied credit. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a
copy of your invoice and return authorization.
- Any "Free Freight" item returned will have the outbound freight charge
deducted from the total return. A credit will be issued upon receipt of the
product less any original and return shipping costs. Many items have promotional
(reduced) shipping charges - the shipping cost on your order may not reflect the
actual shipping cost.
- Defective items may be exchanged during the first 30 days on most products,
after 30 days the manufacturers warranty applies.
- An industry standard 20% re-stocking fee is charged on resalable returned
product. This is to cover handling, packing material, and credit card fees.
- If we shipped you the wrong item, we will be happy to refund the entire
amount of your purchase.
Return and Exchange Process
- You will be issued an RA # (Return Authorization Number) to include on the
shipping label of the returning package. Please include a copy of your invoice
and reason for return.
- Please properly package and insure the returning merchandise freight
prepaid. Goods that return damaged due to poor packaging may be subject to
additional charges.
- Please allow 10 business days to inspect the return and process your
refund.
Secure Shopping Cart:
All purchasing transactions take
place over a secure connection. This means that while theoretically someone
could be listening to the conversation between your computer and our server,
they could not understand it. It is encrypted with the highest standards and
latest technologies possible.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge tax on purchases
made from Georgia. The sales tax rate is 8 percent for Georgia. This amount will
be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your credit card charge.
Sales to any state other than Georgia are tax-free!
